Honor: 20% discount on repairs out of warranty
The Chinese manufacturer remains close to its customers even during the health emergency with a series of initiatives to mitigate any problems that may arise in the devices. The last in order of time is it 20% discount on the cost of repairs not covered by the warranty (the classic broken display, for example).
Everything at home
After extended warranty expiration until 15 June for all devices – smartphones, PCs, tablets, wearables and audio – whose free assistance period would have ended between 15 March and 14 June inclusive, Honor had activated the free product pick-up and return service at the customer’s home (https://www.hihonor.com/it/support/express-repair/). An authorized Service Center will manage the repair according to the warranty conditions and return the device to the user’s home.

If anomalies are found with the device in possession, Honor recommends that you first use the Support app, pre-installed on the device, to make a diagnosis and identify the problem. “Intelligent diagnosis” allows you to analyze most of the features of your device, helping to always maintain optimal performance.
